For over thirty years, Career Council Inc. and National Hispanic College Fairs Inc.® has been matching high school students with colleges and universities that support their interests and their educational goals. Now, you can help your students utilize our knowledge, experience, and relationships as they navigate the college admissions process.


We are doing everything in our power to help you expose your students to our wealth of information, and making it as easy as possible. Our innovative platform streamlines the college fair experience for both students and colleges. Our portal & App offers two events: Virtual and In-person, catering to the diverse needs of students and institutions.

  • Providing your students an opportunity to connect with colleges and universities that meet their goals.
  • Ability to join the group discussion, private chats, and video chat with college and university admissions counselors.
  • View videos and brochures from the colleges and universities’ virtual booth.
  • All seniors, juniors, sophomores, and their parents can participate in this event.
  • Meet with over 50 colleges and universities.
  • You pick the date and we do everything to ensure your students get maximum quality exposure.
  • Your students will get transcripts of all discussions they had with college admissions counselors.

Why High School Counselors and College Advisors Choose Our College Fairs

  • Free Transportation - We provide free bus transportation to all high school students who wish to attend our college fairs. We will provide as many buses as you need.
  • No Cost - No cost at all to the participating high schools or school districts.
  • College Information Gathering - A tote bag is given to each participating student to hold information collected at the fair.

Prepared List of Questions - We can send a prepared list of questions that will help your students engage in a dialogue with the college admissions counselors.

  • Mindful of Instructional Time - We allocate approximately one hour at the college fair for each participating high school so your students do not miss a full day of school.
  • Fair Promotion Assistance - We can send you fliers to help promote the event to your students.
  • 50 – 150 Universities/Colleges in Attendance - Between 50-150 Universities and Colleges attend each college fair.
  • Breakfast is Served - A hot buffet breakfast is provided free to all chaperones.
  • Crowd Control - Our administrative staff schedules staggered high school pick-up times so the event is never overcrowded, and our professional security staff maintains a safe and enjoyable environment.
